FAQ

What is AZ FunQuest?

AZ FunQuest is a fun, quest-based event (thus, the name!) where teams of 2-4 people compete to solve puzzles and figure out clever clues in order to win great prizes.  Your powers of observation, organizational skills and attention to detail will be put to the test when participating in one of our AZ FunQuest events!

What do I get?

A fun and memorable day!

The chance to win great cash prizes!

A story to share!

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and shoes - dress for the weather!

(Keep in mind you will be outdoors and on your feet for the duration of the event)

What should I bring?

A fun attitude and a sense of humor!

Snacks and lots of water!

A hat, sunglasses and/or sunblock.

Writing instruments for each team member.

Clipboards and scratch paper.

A time-keeping device to make sure you return your packet on time.

I'm out of shape.  Can I do this?

Absolutely!  Teams are asked to walk (no running allowed!), and the distance you will ultimately travel during the event is dependent on you - planning is key!  That said, you will still be on your feet for much of the event (think several miles).  You WILL be tired at the end of the day!

What do I have to do to prepare for the event?

One of the great things about AZ FunQuest is that no preparation is necessary!

All necessary materials will be provided for your team, including a map of the area and other pertinent information.

A general knowledge trivia competition is a part of the event; however, there is no way to prepare for this.

None of the quests require specific knowledge.  If your team can work together to solve puzzles and you can think on your feet, you have a chance to do well.....even win!

What if it rains?

Rain or shine, the event will go on.  No refunds will be given out!
